Frank Harrison
Frank brings extensive knowledge from the public and private sectors, with comprehensive project experience in often high-risk and austere environments. Frank has a robust understanding of the importance of multi-faceted management planning, strategies, and execution and how these activities can impact communities and individuals and lead to conflicts.
Frank is a CPTED Level 2 practitioner with extensive physical security experience focusing on life safety and auditing project, and company assets where employees or infrastructure is present, including FI-FO camps, FBOs, residential facilities and operations facilities.
Frank has a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Security and Peacebuilding, is a graduate of the 2017 Dallaire Initiative program focused on child soldier prevention cohort and is a Moderator for Dalhousie University delivering the Children Recruited & Used in Violence undergrad program.
Frank believes diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are a critical component of all business. He has been very active in recruiting and supporting females and marginalized persons into senior roles and their development for further growth in their respective fields.
