Jon Harris

Jon is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the security industry. His journey began as a security officer on a university campus, and he quickly progressed through various roles, demonstrating his commitment and expertise.

 

His diverse career includes positions such as Account Manager at a Global Security Services company and Security Manager in the aerospace and defense industry. His trajectory of increasing responsibility led him to the Head of Security and Compliance, concluding his impactful tenure on the end-user side.

 

In 2018, Jon transitioned to the manufacturer's side, taking on the A&E Consultant Program Manager role for a leading Security Technology systems provider. He then ventured into consulting as the Director of Enterprise Solutions for a global security and risk consulting firm. In 2021, Jon joined Group337 as Vice President – Strategy Consulting and later assumed the role of Partnership & Strategy Lead at Latch.

 

Currently, Jon is the Head of Ecosystem Partnerships at HiveWatch, where he plays a pivotal role in driving collaboration and partnership strategy. His industry influence extends beyond his role, as he is a frequent speaker at prominent events such as GSX, ISC West, AcceleRISE, and has been featured in various ASIS Webinars. Additionally, Jon is recognized for his contributions through written articles in industry publications.
