Tracey Durner is Chief of Programs for the Global Center, responsible for the consistency and coherence of programs on counterterrorism and preventing violent extremism. She specializes in anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), sanctions, asset freezing, cryptocurrency, risk assessment, and de-risking. For more than ten years, she has conducted field resarch, policy analysis and led the design, implementation, and evaluation of capacity-building programs on AML/CFT with government and private sector across across Sub-Saharan African and Southeast Asia. She holds a BA in international affairs and political science from Northeastern University, and MPA from the University of Missouri.
