Zachary Hill is a seasoned security and risk management professional with a diverse background, having worked in higher education, retail, manufacturing, and corporate environments, developing comprehensive security and risk programs. He currently serves as Threat Assessment and Management Manager at Kroger Co., assessing and managing cases for more than 450,000 employees in over 4000 retail locations, distribution centers, fuel stations, and fulfillment centers across 35 states. He also oversees the strategic direction of a groundbreaking program designed to safeguard the well-being of Kroger's associates and customers who shop at all its locations.

Previously, Zach was Director of Risk Management at Bethel University, where he provided senior-level leadership for all aspects of campus risk management, safety, and security. During his tenure, he chaired the Campus Violence Prevention Team, oversaw emergency management, and led initiatives responding to the COVID-19 epidemic. Zach’s career has been marked by impactful roles at renowned organizations such as Target, Koch Industries, and Mall of America.

He holds a bachelor’s in security management and a master’s in security technologies from the University of Minnesota.
